Liz is an attorney by education, but harnessing technology to help others success is her passion. She has worked in enterprise sales and account management at Fortune 500 corporations, prior to joining Close.com (a YC company) and heading up its Customer Success team.
Liz has built relationships across the legal, corporate, educational, medical and startup industries, consulting with small business owners, startup founders, and C-level executives. She coaches on full lifecycle sales practices and post-sales customer success and account management strategy, for both businesses just starting out and for those looking to scale and optimize their current processes.
At Close.com, Liz leads the Customer Success team that she built from the ground up that uses data-driven strategy and consultative experience to coach salespeople and teams on revenue-generating strategies.
