Our Mission:

Connect. Educate. Empower.

 

We work to foster deeper relationships in the Customer Success community by connecting professionals with mentorships. Our mission is to be the bridge between Customer Success professionals, connecting them across companies, industries, and even countries. We are also committed to deepening industry knowledge through our Speaker Series and blog content, focused on the topics our participants care the most about.

 

Our Program

 

We match Customer Success professionals with a mentoring relationship based on experience level, industry, and personal interests. Each pair becomes part of a monthly class.

The program commitment is to meet virtually one time a month, for three consecutive months. The pair is also requested to keep track of questions asked and progress made. We reach out for feedback to improve the program process and also to inform content for the Speaker Series.

Even in our increasingly connected world, it is difficult to create meaningful professional relationships. Liz Stephany, a CS leader at Close.com, a fully remote company, created CSMentorMatch when she struggled to find a way to connect with a mentor while working remotely.

Customer Success, while a newer profession, is full of passionate and committed people. She knew she couldn’t be the only one searching to deepen ties to the Customer Success community - and so the idea for CSMentorMatch was born.
